CHALLENGE
The Forum is a bilateral meeting whose goal is to promote the relationship between Spain and China in many different aspects. The agency’s objective was to maximize media coverage of the event as well as generate and manage interviews for different Forum’s spokespeople and speakers.

STRATEGY
Interviews with representatives and speakers from the Forum were offered to key media sources. The agency managed the press call, media attendees’ registration and journalists’ requests during the event. They also coordinated the activity with the media and with the rest of the participating institutions.

RESULTS
86 attending journalists from 36 different media outlets.
169 impacts in 81 different media outlets.
