CHALLENGE

The Madrid Chamber of Commerce and IFEMA (Trade Fair Institution of Madrid) implemented a campaign to promote Madrid as a business and tourist destination.

STRATEGY

Over the course of more than three years, FJ Communications organised 38 visits with journalists from China, Germany, Poland, Chile, the United States, Turkey, and Italy, among other countries. During the journalists’ stay in Madrid, FJ organized meetings with key local business leaders and authorities to demonstrate all the possibilities that this city has to offer.

RESULTS

The visits resulted in over 35 positve articles being published in  both print and televison mediums in many different countries, all highlighting Madrid’s plethora of business opportunities.
