Create from scratch the entire online presence of the Argentinian restaurant The Knife in Spain. In addition to generating the basic information about it for the website, we created the channels and necessary contents to build its community of fans. We wanted to establish contact with clients so as to get to know what they loved and what they would like to improve about the restaurant.
FJ Communications developed the new website and contents, including the restaurant’s blog, created the channels in key social networks and conducted all community management tasks. Additionally, we carried out the registration and data update for the restaurant in all relevant online directories, as well as keeping trade media informed of all news about The Knife.
New website integrating social media channels and blog. During the first 12 months The Knife reached over 10,000 fans on Facebook and over 350 followers and 2,000 tweets on Twitter. We generated over 130 blog entries that received over 25,000 visits.
